Loafing About...

I am currently in the midst of a major obsession with loafers.  I have one lowly pair in my collection, a lovely pair of white leather vintage ones.  However, these are a little bit too small for me so are not the comfiest to wear!!

I just love the sophistication they give to the simplest of outfits:

Fortunately we are getting some in stock soon:)  I am planning to buy black patent penny loafers and purple suede mocassin style loafers.  Will post pictures as soon as they are in.

Pure Love Heart LUST!

Yay!  They have arrived in stock and I am soooo happy.  Still not entirely sure what I am going to wear them with but I will have a play about at the weekend.

If I could steal someone's style for one day it would have to be Kate Lanphear.  I love her and she makes it look so easy!  Only to expected from the style director at US Elle though... 

Accessorise....your shoes?!

Have you began to feel the effect of the credit crunch? Don’t worry too much as we are all tightening our purses strings just now!  Even if you can only afford to buy one pair of shoes (please nooooooo!!) this year, by accessorising your shoes you can change the look to suit your mood!  See below for a few examples of what can be done with a few feathers, brooches and buttons.  Blue Peter has nothing on us….

               

Oh Chanel you spoil me

If only!  Chanel is way way out of my price range but I can hope that some High Street copies of this bag appear soon because I really do love it.  In fact I love her whole outfit (kudos for the Givenchy cape)!!

Vivienne Darling!

Vivienne Westwood shoes for £70, can it be true?  Well, thanks to a recent collaboration with Melissa (the proper "jelly shoe" creator) it is indeed true!

          

Definitely quirky.  Being a jelly shoe fan I do like them but £70 is still a lot of money for them.  What do you think?

THE excitement!!

Ok, I LOVED these shoes as soon as I saw the photos from the Luella S/S 09 show.  So girly, so cute and so colourful and so out of my price range.  Maybe.  A little birdie has just told me that we will be getting something similiar in within the next few weeks.

 

Perfecto for a Valentines Wedding I will be attending.

I heart Scandinavian style

I am a huuuuge fan of Street Style and after looking through many of my favourite blogs I have decided that one of my favourite ones has to be Stockholm Street Style.  The people are just too stylish and too beautiful:)

     

Copenhagen is a similiar example as people make casual wear look like so much more, I blame the Nordic genes!!

Savvy Sale Shopping

I can never usually find things I want when I go sale shopping but this time I did it all online and it was better!!  That may be why I bought so much:

Mac from Uniqlo, Cardigan from PPQ @ Oli, Sequin Leggings from A/Wear, Jumpsuit from TopShop and Wolf Tunic from TopShop.

And they all go super nice with my new patent Dr Marten boots :)
